Flourish and Dots Face Painting provides face painting, glitter tattoo, fairy hair, airbrush tattoo, and glitter bar services to the Richmond area. Serving Chesterfield, Chester, Moseley, Powhatan, Goochland, Hanover, Ashland, New Kent, and Henrico areas (and beyond!).
Honey has been an artist her whole life! Face painting has become a wonderful way to engage within her local community while being creative and spreading lots of joy!
